The upper and lower pressure values are input in advance in the PLC, and the pressure sensor reads the pressure value in the air storage tank and converts it into a current signal for comparison with the preset value in the PLC. When the pressure value in the air storage tank reaches the upper pressure limit, the air compressor unit will automatically enter the no-load state; When the pressure drops to the lower pressure limit, the air compressor unit will automatically enter the load state. According to the change of user's air consumption, PLC can control the number of starting air compressors and adjust the exhaust volume of air compressor unit to achieve energy-saving effect.
